These terms govern bookings made through this website for services offered by Ashok Mehandi Designer ("we", "us"). By booking you agree to them.

1. Services and bookings

We offer mehandi (henna) and beauty parlor services. A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and a receipt is generated. Slots are allocated per artist and are held for 10 minutes while payment is completed.

2. Advance payment

A 50% advance of the service price is collected online to confirm the slot. The remaining balance is payable at the shop on the day of service, by cash or UPI. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be changed by us for future bookings.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

The advance is non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for rescheduling and exceptions.

4. Customer responsibilities

Please arrive at your slot time. Late arrival may shorten the service or require rescheduling. You must provide a correct mobile number so we can contact you about your booking. Inform us in advance about skin allergies or sensitivities.

5. Our right to change or cancel

We may reschedule or cancel a booking for unavoidable reasons (for example artist illness). In that case we will offer a new slot or a full refund of the advance.

6. Liability

Mehandi and beauty services involve natural and cosmetic products. Results vary by skin type and aftercare. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our place of business have jurisdiction.
