Cancellation & Refund Policy

The 50% advance paid to confirm your slot is non-refundable.

Why an advance?

Each slot is reserved for you exclusively and other customers are turned away. The advance protects the artist's time during busy periods such as Karwa Chauth, weddings and festivals.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your date or time, contact us as early as possible on +91 98765 43210. Where a slot is available we will move your booking and your advance carries over. Rescheduling is at our discretion and subject to availability.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel or do not attend, the advance is forfeited. The balance amount is not charged.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel for any reason, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund of the advance.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but no receipt was generated, or you were charged twice, it is refunded to the original payment method by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days after verification. Write to us with your payment reference.
